Since conception Censys have challenged the call center big team 'norm'. Essentially the Censys model is based on an understanding and appreciation of how successful database marketing can make a real difference to business performance. This knowledge dictated that effective and successful database marketing could only be achieved through the efficient management of small intellectual agent teams.

 

As a result Censys established its Head Quarters in the City of Derry on the campus of the University of Ulster, a perpetuating mechanism of attracting and maintaining quality agents, service levels and ultimately client campaign success. This ethos is the backbone of the organization and has assisted company expansion into the US with the establishment of an office in Boston Massachusetts.
