In essence, all the Censys agents are of graduate caliber and see
their jobs at Censys as a valuable career choice. In order to attract only the brightest and most able individuals a decision was made to locate in The Science & Research Park at the Ulster University.

 

A Continual Training Development Program (CTD) has also been
implemented. This is coordinated by one of the founding Director's who has many years experience in senior roles at Telewest, Lucentand Avaya. An integral part of the CTD Program is the adopted "train the trainer" approach, whereby the Censys trainer spends time with client representatives to be fully briefed on the campaign strategy and company approach.


The company's success around the world has been due to:

 

  • Training all agents to perform to the best of their abilities

  • Staff turnover under 10% since company launch

  • Low staff ratios i.e. 1 team leader per 5 agents and
    1 team manager per 10 agents
